Mr. Inaba joined the SBI Group in 2009 and spent over 10 years in venture investment, leading numerous funding rounds and achieving multiple exits through IPOs and M&As. He also managed international funds in Abu Dhabi, Thailand, and Israel, overseeing local operations and partnerships.
He was seconded to Vertex Israel, a major local VC, to support fund management. In 2020, he joined FinTech startup Opn Holdings, leading strategic investments and executing several cross-border M&A deals. In 2023, he joined Mercari to support new business development, and from 2025, he became part of an IT firm.
