Over the next decade, he held key roles at institutions like Norinchukin Bank, Daiwa Securities, and NTT DOCOMO, specializing in international business development, M&A, venture investment, and LP commitments. He has led numerous direct investments, leveraging capital alliances and JV formation to drive portfolio company growth. His expertise was enhanced by a Singapore posting, leading cross-border investments in Southeast Asia. At the Japan Investment Corporation (JIC), he built alliances with global VCs to invest in Japanese startups. He joined IT-farm in 2025 to focus on hands-on support and investment for next-generation unicorns.
